Terms & Conditions
- The above offer is subject to availability and is valid only for new room reservations.
- All hotel rates are listed in MOP, and subject to a 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and carries an additional charge.
- Additional credit card authorization is required upon check-in for incidental charges.
- Semi-buffet breakfast at Lakeside Trattoria is served between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. daily.
- The opening times of individual dining outlets are subject to change without prior notice.
- For additional guests (aged 12 or above), there is a fee of MOP500 + 15% service charge and government tax per person per night, with one extra bed included only. The price of an additional breakfast is determined according to the breakfast menu.
- Maximum occupancy: 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children per occupied room.
- If you are using someone else's credit card to make this booking, please make sure you bring along a 3rd party payment authorization letter with the cardholder's signature and a copy of the cardholder's credit card and ID or passport when checking in. Without those copies, you will be required to make payment and a refund will be issued to the credit card if necessary.
- Reservations are non-transferrable. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book accommodation at the resort; all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All guests, regardless of age, must register at check-in with a valid government-issued identification document or passport, along with a valid arrival card, for purposes of verification and security.
- The promotion does not apply to group bookings.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- Wynn Macau reserves the rights to change the Terms and Conditions at its own discretion, without prior notice.
- In the case of any dispute, the decision of Wynn Macau shall be final.
Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card must be provided to secure the reservation. In the event of a failure to check in or late cancellation, corresponding no-show or late-cancellation charges will be levied to the credit card on record, based on the reservation policy stated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and amendments must be received one day prior to the expected date of arrival, by 3:00 pm Macau time, or one night's room rate plus tax and service charge will be applied.
