Highlights of the Experience:

The Spectacle of Water and Fire: High-reaching water plumes dance in perfect harmony with bursts of real flame. This marvelous, dramatic interplay of water and fire against the night sky makes Performance Lake a signature experience of the Macau Peninsula.
-
Engineering Excellence: To create its intricate, multi-layered and rhythmic displays, the lake utilizes over 300 water nozzles and high-pressure launchers beneath its surface, supported by a reservoir of over 3 million liters (approx. 800,000 gallons) of water.
-
Vibrant Illumination: More than 1,500 individually controllable LED lights bring the lake to life, synchronizing with the fountain's movements to create a brilliant, ever-changing atmosphere.
-
A Cinematic Repertoire: Each show is set to a meticulously arranged soundtrack ranging from classical masterpieces and Broadway hits to beloved Chinese classics, ensuring that every performance feels fresh and dynamic.

The dark sky provides a high-contrast canvas for the lake's LED lights, making the water appear sculptural, the flames far more dramatic, and the atmosphere electric and fully immersive. This is also the perfect time for capturing unforgettable photographs. On weekend evenings, performances run more frequently, approximately every 20 minutes, offering even greater flexibility when planning your visit.
